Authors who publish articles in Enterprise Management and Business Insight (EMBI) agree to the following terms:

1. The copyright of each article is held by the author.
2. The author grants EMBI first publication rights that allow others to share the work with acknowledgment of authorship and initial publication in this journal.
3. Authors may enter into a separate supplemental contractual agreement for non-exclusive distribution of the journal published version of the work (e.g., publishing it in a book or posting it to an institutional repository), with acknowledgment of their initial publication in this journal.
