AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Author Guide for Enterprise Management and Business Insight

Manuscripts should be composed in English, with the length ranging between 10 to 15 pages, excluding references. The structure must include a title, author details, abstract, keywords, introduction, main content, conclusions, and references. For reference, consult the Author Guideline or Manuscript Template.

Title

The title must consist of at least seven words but no more than twelve. It should form a declarative sentence, avoiding punctuation at the end. Each word in the title should be capitalized, using Calibri, 16-point font, bold, and centered. Examples are available in the Author Guideline.

Abstract

The abstract must summarize the research's objectives, the issues addressed (including key variables), methodology, samples, and findings in one concise paragraph. It should be written in both English and Indonesian, using Calibri, 11-point font, single-spaced, and justified. The abstract must not exceed 150 words and should not contain formulas, images, subsections, references, or statistics. Double spacing must be maintained between the abstract and the preceding email address.

Keywords

Keywords, consisting of 3 to 5 words or phrases, should also be written in English and Indonesian. They must be presented in Calibri, 12-point font, single-spaced, justified, and separated by commas. Ensure that keywords do not exceed three lines.

Introduction

Each paragraph must begin with a half-inch indent, written in 12-point Calibri font, single-spaced, on A4 paper without page numbers. The writing should remain passive, avoiding references to the author or pronouns like "we" or "I." Quantities between one and ten should be spelled out, except when referring to tables or exhibits (e.g., "five days" instead of "5 days"). This section should present the research problem, relevant theories, existing phenomena, and the gap between theory and practice. It should conclude with the research objectives and a statement highlighting the novelty of the study.

Theoretical Review

This section should begin with a discussion of the grand theory underpinning the research, followed by the theory related to each variable used. It should include the relationships between variables, relevant previous studies, the research framework, and hypotheses. All citations must be appropriately referenced (author, year), except for conclusions made by the author. At least 50% of cited references should come from journals published within the last seven years. Each heading should be no more than 12 words, without numbering, and should be double-spaced from the body text.

Tables

Tables must be sequentially numbered and clearly labeled. They should be editable and not in image format, with titles in Calibri, 11-point font, centered. Table cells should use Calibri, 10-point font. Each table should list its source, except for those based on the author’s own data or statistical analysis. Tables should also be referred to within the text.

Equations

Equations should be sequentially numbered using Arabic numerals. Variables must be represented by distinct symbols, with superscripts and subscripts clearly indicated.

Methods

This section should briefly describe the research subjects, variables, operational definitions, population, sample, sampling methods, and statistical tests applied.

Results

This section should present a detailed analysis of the statistical tests conducted, including validity, reliability, stationarity, classical assumptions, t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients. The statistical tests should be appropriate for the research content.

Discussion

Begin this section by discussing the hypotheses presented in the literature review, highlighting the impact of independent variables on dependent ones without providing specific statistical values. Also, address the research implications and compare the findings with relevant studies.

Conclusion

Summarize the research findings and provide recommendations for future research.

References

All references must be cited in the text, and all citations must appear in the bibliography, which should contain at least 15 sources. The references must follow APA style, using Mendeley, and be listed alphabetically. Ensure at least 50% of references are from journals published within the last seven years.

Acknowledgments

This section should express gratitude to those who contributed to the research, such as sponsors, funders, or mentors.
