Implementation Management Source Power Manhealth in Healthcare Facilities: a Literature Review

Abstract

Health human resource management is one of the most important parts in efforts to improve public health and also improve quality in health facilities. Health resources are a key component in changes in health development in Indonesia. Good implementation of health service management in health facilities is needed so that health development in Indonesia will run optimally. The method used in this study is a literature review. The article search strategy uses the help of an online database, namely Google Scholar. Articles selected based on inclusion criteria in this study. The implementation of health human resource management in health facilities is still not optimal so that there are still shortcomings and inequality of health human resources in health facilities. The government and related agencies are expected to be able to improve the health resource management system through analysis of health human resource needs and provide education and equity for health human resources in health facilities.
